A set of Sendai souvenirs from Yiku Masamune. The other bottle that was left over is now open!
When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a juicy fruity aroma. It has a grape-like impression.
The mouthfeel is light and smooth, but it is more umami than expected, and the Hitomebore flavor spreads slowly throughout the mouth!
And the dry crispness is not to be outdone by the umami. This is totally my kind of taste ✨.
The sweetness in the umami is a good balance.
It flows more smoothly than the "Aihime" I had before, so I don't mind the aftertaste, and I can drink it easily 👍.
It has a great sharpness like a sword! The taste of "Aihime" is ladylike and the taste of "Masamune" is sharp, even though they are the same light type, and it was nice to feel their personalities like each other 🌙.
