It has a very sharp taste, which may be the most surprising thing since I drank Drunken Whale. If you find it too spicy, heating it up might be just right!
Shizuoka Sake.
My first brand, Ten Niji.
The aroma is that of alcohol with a hint of bitterness.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the alcohol smell and the rice flavor.
After that, the taste of the rice can be felt, but it does not become too heavy.
You might think it's a rich umakuchi type, but it's more like a light umakuchi type.
The sharpness is good.
It is crisper than the impression on the palate, and is certainly good as a food sake.
I wish it didn't have that unpleasant flavor at the beginning.
Taste level 70 points
You can fully appreciate the roughness and mellow aroma typical of sake! This is a sake that I recommend to sake lovers! This is a sake to be recommended to sake lovers!
Ten Niji. Super dry unfiltered unpasteurized sake. The rice polishing ratio is 65%.
It has a deep, dark taste that soaks into a tired body.
But it's not too dense, and it's refreshing.
I don't know if it's because I'm a beginner, but this is super dry! I don't know if it's because I'm a beginner, but this is super dry!
Good!
Clear Water White. Strong Almond, Steamed Rice like smell and taste. Very Clean in mouthfeel. Dry Finish. Just a little bit bitterness stays in my mouth. Good to Pair with Chinese Food.

Sorry for no pictures. It's a reminder.
I'm not very familiar with Shizuoka's sake, but the taste of the two Hiyaoroshi sakes is similar to each other.
The taste of the rice is strong, but it's a little chaotic.
The aroma is not so strong.
Mellow and rich, 4 gulps for 4,800 yen, so it's a reasonable taste, but it's the second one from a famous brewery in the prefecture. The master brewer came to Tenjohji to make this limited edition sake. No question about it, it's delicious!
