When I went to buy Macho, I found a bottle of alcohol that I had never seen before, so I bought it with him.
It has no aroma and is mild in the mouth. The taste is also mild, with a hint of melon. It also tastes like muscat. According to the liquor store, the melon taste is weaker than usual. I thought it would be spicier and less assertive, like a sake for eating, but it's more to my liking.
There are a lot of Shizuoka sakes that I feel are lacking in flavor, but this one made me think that for a moment and then betrayed me. Interesting.
The third one, when I drank Yatagarasu, I got a lot of Nara sake, but Yamato no Kuni recommended me to check in 0 sake 😅.

The aroma is that of alcohol with a hint of bitterness.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the alcohol smell and the rice flavor.
After that, the taste of the rice can be felt, but it does not become too heavy.
You might think it's a rich umakuchi type, but it's more like a light umakuchi type.
The sharpness is good.
It is crisper than the impression on the palate, and is certainly good as a food sake.
I wish it didn't have that unpleasant flavor at the beginning.

Clear Water White. Strong Almond, Steamed Rice like smell and taste. Very Clean in mouthfeel. Dry Finish. Just a little bit bitterness stays in my mouth. Good to Pair with Chinese Food.

The taste of the rice is strong, but it's a little chaotic.
