ねむち
Shizuoka Prefecture. Shizuoka City. Suruga Brewery Co.
Tenkoh Junmai Ginjyo Namaisouju.
Purchased with Nyan cup at the Yaizu Sakana Center liquor store in Shizuoka during my Obon vacation trip (Osaka to Shizuoka to Kanagawa Prefecture).
It was my first time without prior knowledge of the label, as I was curious about a label with only kanji characters.
I had it cold.
The color is a little yellowish.
The top aroma is a little apple-like and the alcohol aroma is strong.
I was a little scared because I was expecting a little.
On the palate, at first I thought it would be loose on the tongue, but it wasn't at all 💦.
The rice flavor and the harsh acidity changed to a surprisingly bitter-dry bitterness.
It's light and a bit strong sake with a peculiar and classic aftertaste.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Sake rice: 100% Sake-komachi
Sake degree:+4
Acidity: 1.2
