I want to feel summer. In search of shuwashu, I tried to go to Matsumine no Fuji.
The aroma is just pear! Fresh green.
They use Yamagata Prefecture's Shuzokotekomai Dewanosato. This rice is said to have a less cloying taste without being so polished. Indeed, it is easy to drink without any complexity.
We did summer with lemon-flavored canned mackerel.

In the Shonai region of Yamagata Prefecture, which is dotted with some of the most popular sake breweries in Japan, "Matsumine no Fuji" has been loved by local sake fans for a long time, but the "Family Crest Label" series was released in 2018 with the aim of taking the prestige of the brewery to a higher level.
This Junmai Ginjo no Karakuchi is a large dry Junmai Ginjo with a sake strength of +9, brewed with Yamagata Prefecture's original sake brewing rice "Dewa Sanzu" and "Dewa Kirari".
