Junmai Daiginjo-shu made from 40% polished "Yuki-Majin" sake rice, which was developed for Daiginjo spec sake. Elegant aroma reminiscent of fruits and white flowers.
I have looked it up on the internet but have not come across any hits.
Comparison with Kenkunichi
This one was more fruity.
