MUJI has numerous stores, but only a few seem to carry it.
Now, as for the taste, it is like a softer version of Niigata's light and dry, with the flavor of the rice asserting itself. It is best when paired with rice dishes, pickles, dried fish, etc. 😋😋😋😋😋

Purchased in Tokamachi. I enjoyed this unfiltered, unpasteurized sake as soon as I got home. Fresh flavor. It is a light and refreshing cloudy sake, as is typical of Niigata.
Boiled and boiled wild udo (udo is a kind of fish). Firefly squid and oysters simmered with sansho (Japanese pepper). Delicious. Butterbur miso and shiso leaf miso.
