Even I, with my inexperienced palate, could tell how delicious this sake was.
It was a wonderfully delicious sake with a clear, elegant aroma and no cloying taste.
My sense is that it is slightly sweet, yet refreshing and does not leave a residue on the palate. The price is expensive, but I think it is worth it.
I would like to give this sake as a gift to someone who has taken care of me!
