This one is also dry, but with a dry aftertaste rather than a royal dry taste.
It's been a while since I drank alone at home, but I like it that way 😌.
I bought this sake when I tasted it at the Ponshu-kan at Nagaoka Station. I chose it because I liked the balance of sweetness and aroma, and there was no mistake.
A light and dry sake typical of Niigata.
It was a delicious sake to go with sashimi and yakitori!
To close out the year, perhaps too much hope is a bad thing, but I wish you a better next year!
Thank you for 2022😊.
Best wishes for 2023!
Matsunoi is the perfect accompaniment for New Year's Eve.
It is a gold medal-winning sake with a gentle and full flavor.
A sake to express our gratitude for the year ahead.
Nabe Pa for home drinking 🍶.
A return gift donated to my mother's hometown by Furusato Tax.
Light, refreshing sake with a slight aroma.
I tried to drink it hot at first, but it was better cold or room temperature. Oni no Kiri no Kiri is very good 🔥.
I was attracted by the words "shibori in a bag" and the low price of 1,600 yen (≧▽≦). This is also Ponshukan sake!
As expected of a ginjo, it has a dark, bright sweetness that is easy for me to drink. But it also has a nice bitter taste, so it is not too sweet. It goes well with horse sashimi. It was not so easy to drink, and the rest will be brought over for tomorrow or later.
With stir-fried spinach and horse sashimi!

Ponshukan 👏, a long-sought-after place.
Last time I went to Ponshu-kan, but gave up because it was crowded and I wanted to sit down and have a drink.
This time, I entered the restaurant as soon as it opened 😉.
Purchased 5 coins for 500yen, showed my JAF card to get 1 coin and got 6 coins ✨.
Now, which one to drink first! There are so many kinds to choose from😆.
I️ started with Matsunoi first.
The aroma is fruity and easy to drink.
Pon, good evening ⭐️It's a paradise 😆 That's why there were a lot of customers lined up before the store opened... many with suitcases! If you want to go, let's get in line before it opens🎶.
