Clear golden color. Slightly nose of cottage cheese and rice straw. The nose is intense. The mouthfeel is smooth, sweet and thick. The taste is rich and full-bodied. It has a massive acidity. It has a medium length of aftertaste. High quality sake.

はじめて知った奈良のお酒。飲んだ瞬間びっくり。なにこれ！美味しいーー！！まるでデザートワインみたいな感じです。フルーツと合わせたりアイスと合わせたりしてもきっと合う。ごくごく飲んじゃいそうで危険な香り。来週あたり火入れしたものもお店に入ってくるみたい。絶対買いに行こう。私は奈良のお酒が大好きだと最近改めて思います。
