Polishing ratio 55%, alcohol content 16%. The palate has a refreshing umami flavor. When swallowed, you will feel a tangy stimulation on the tip of the tongue and a lingering aftertaste of umami. It is a delicious sake and I almost drank it all. I would like to drink this sake while enjoying spring-like tempura of wild vegetables. It is my personal favorite sake.

I have had regular Soten before. This Soten has a pink label with a limited brewing sticker on it☺️. I will take this as the second spring-like sake 😎. Refreshing ginjo aroma 😉. There is very little tint. When I brought it to my mouth, the umami combined with the acidity spread out 😁 delicious 😋. It is difficult to describe its flavor, but it is like a soup stock made from a combination of kombu and bonito 😚. Perhaps that is why it goes well with Japanese food. I had salmon and vegetable stew as a snack and it just won't stop 😆. It has a refreshing aftertaste and I never get tired of it😍.

I bought it at a store of Ontake ropeway. The old man at the store said "this sake is good", so I drank it and it was actually good😋. It has a pleasant ginjo aroma and a good balance of flavors. I can't wait to try it! #drinking at home #drinking at night

Rice polishing ratio, koji and kake are both 55%. The alcohol content is 16 degrees. I bought it because of the beautiful blue bottle and the reasonable price. This is my first Sawanoi. The label says, "When I heard the word Ginjo, I used to be nervous. Now, it is the blue sky that fills the white porcelain cup that waits for the first offering quietly in the heart. The world of Ginjo will come soon]. When you taste it, you feel a light sourness and a light alcohol on the nose. When you swallow it, there is a different sweet and sour taste and an alcohol feeling that lingers on the tongue that is typical of unpasteurized sake. I think I like this sake a lot!
