Nama-shu. Fresh acidity, fruity sweetness, and rice flavor that lingers on the tongue. It is easy to drink and has depth. For some reason, I bought a 300ml bottle at a convenience store and brought it on the bullet train to drink.

This is my first Sawanoi. I had dared to avoid it because I was planning to go to the brewery one day to drink it, but I couldn't help but buy it. Mild aroma of rice. Slightly bluish. It has a refreshing taste like ramune for a moment, but it is clean and crisp and fresh. Good astringency. This is... no good... a delicious sake that I'm sure I'll get hooked on. Ahhh, I know it now. I know it's delicious.

What you need
A square frying pan
2 eggs
1 slice cheese
Mentaiko sauce
1，Put oil in a square frying pan, tilt the pan to spread the oil evenly, and pour half of the egg mixture into the pan.
2，Roll the egg in the frying pan, and when it reaches the edge, pour the remaining egg into the frying pan.
3，Place a slice of cheese on top of the egg and pour the mentaiko sauce from the supermarket on top of it.
4、Wrap the egg around the pan so that the cod roe does not stick to the pan.
