This is an all-Ishikawa local sake made with a new breed of sake rice called "Hyakumangoku no Shiro" from Ishikawa Prefecture. It has a sweet aroma. It is a clean and beautiful Junmai Daiginjo.
The label is also cute.
Rice polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 15 degrees
One cup with "Hyakuman-san" label bought at Kanazawa station.
Kitchen drink while grilling Nodoguro fish, which I sent from Omi-machi market.
Sour and alcoholic flavor - sweet and a little spicy.
We drink it slowly, letting it touch the air little by little.
Holy cow!
It has an alcoholic feel, and the flavors of astringency and sweetness are strong on the palate.
The molten part will be sweet.
I warmed up some of that to try it and it was sweet indeed.
I can match the ate.
The sashimi was usually fine.
These jars are great too, making them easy to eat and handle!
Summer sake is great, but frozen sake should still be popular in the summer!
