The label is unexpectedly attached on two sheets. The second one that I turned over, The second label is a nice beckoning cat with both hands raised in the air. The taste is mellow and autumnal, The taste is mellow like an autumn sake with a fresh sweetness like a pear. It is easy to match with meals.

This was the first time I drank Abe-kan at home. The one I drank in the past was a special sake with a special kijoshu spec, so I don't think it was any different from the first time I drank it. It is dry with a strong gassy and acidic taste. It is not that sweet, but it is easy to drink because of the sourness. I don't think I've ever seen Abe-kan sold anywhere but Edion Namba.

Abekan Kasumi Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake - 3,630 yen Today's snacks: raw oysters, garimayo chicken‼️ The raw oysters were on sale at half price, so I bought some 😊The first oysters of the year ‼️ I'll have them with sanbaizu (vinegar) + yuzu (citrus juice) 😋. The bottle was opened with a pon‼️ aroma of a delicious ginjo aroma🤤I'm pretty sure it's orikarami 😋The initial attack is less piquant and more sweet and delicious 🤤. When you eat oysters and then include this one...ooh ✊ ̖́- it pours like water and tastes 10 times better 👏. It's a delicious sake 😋A good snack ranks up the drinks: 💕︎

It is only lightly cloudy and has just a slight whiffle. It can be felt on the tip of the tongue. The sweetness is restrained. Goes well with nabe.
