This is a very refreshing summer sake! It is a gem that you will want to drink every year!
The aroma is soft and mellow from the moment it is opened.
As for the taste, it is quite refreshing, round, sweet, and delicious. Today we are having beef tongue, which coincidentally goes very well with it. We also have bamboo shoots simmered on the table, and well, they are delicious.
I had never heard of this sake before, but it was very good as a food sake.
Purchased at the Yamagata Antenna Shop in Ginza.
Warmed.
It has a sweet and sour rice aroma.
I've been heating up cups of sake lately, and it's good.
The flavor is also exquisite with an aromatic sweet and sourness. It's delicious.

Light, clear rice aroma.
Slightly aromatic. The taste of rice is strong.
Heavy flavor, yet light and easy to drink.
Refreshing to drink, with a dry aftertaste.
Not much of a brewer's alcohol taste.
No sense of umami.
It is a food wine that does not interfere with food.
Kasumijobushi Junmai Ginjo
Slightly fruity aroma! 😊
The taste is melon-like? Sweetness! Taste is solid until about halfway through 🍈 but the aftertaste is clean!
When I got it from an acquaintance I thought it was a brand I had never heard of (pardon the pun), but when I went to Yamagata I was surprised to see so many of them in supermarkets and such 🫢.
