I went to Oze for the first time the other day and found this sake at a liquor store on the way back. The illustration of a skunk cabbage is very nice.
The pop-up sign at the store said it was grapefruit-like, but I didn't feel that much grapefruitiness, but it had a clean flavor and a slight bitterness (is that the grapefruitiness?). It was a gentle 13% alcohol drink.

The fruity and soft taste is the same as in the past and still the same now ^_^ A four-pack bottle is not enough, but a one-pack bottle would be even better!
A glass of wine would be a good match.
Sometimes, if you look in the liquor section of a supermarket, you will find a brand that will surprise you ^_^.

Fruity aroma. It has a sweet, light mouthfeel and is very easy to drink as it has almost no alcohol smell compared to regular skunk cabbage.

It's the weekend. So let's have a drink. First, let's start with skunk cabbage. I thought it would be fruity and sweet, but it was surprisingly dry. Since it was a half-batch, I hardly felt any gasiness. It goes well with summer.
