It is very refreshing and easy to drink sake.
Honey-like sweetness and mild mouthfeel.

Sweet and sour, melting like ripe fruit.
Well-rounded, moderately light and pleasant to drink.
A deep, savory flavor.

Second one today! I love skunk cabbage 😊.
The aroma is refreshing, of course, but this summer sake tastes not clingy. The aftertaste is delicious and not too harsh! It was easy to drink without disturbing the meal 🍶.

It seems to go well with meals and I will drink it again 😁.
I missed this sake last year, so it was a first time for me to try it.
It has a fresh aroma like pear, and the flavor of Yamadanishiki is concentrated.
I served it with vinegared Spanish mackerel and mozuku seaweed as a side dish.
