とっきーIt is quite light.
It is also dry.
I guess this is what "watery" really means.
I think that a "watery sake" that would be acceptable to everyone would be a bit more fruity, but I guess this is the kind of sake the brewer was aiming for (my assumption, really).
It is very interesting!
I don't detect any ginjo aroma either.
I felt a slight sourness (maybe I'm sensitive to sourness).
It is quite clear! たぬきOh, I forgot to give it to you.
☆ たぬきDry.
Great sharpness.
It is a great snack.
Nurufuwakiri.
☆ おっfirst Japanese bush warbler to chirp this year (i.e. spring)
Fruity sweet aroma. Sticky, honey-like sweetness followed by numbness from the alcohol. I didn't expect it because of the plain label, but unexpectedly I quite liked the taste.
Purchased at the Nakagome branch of Kiuchi Brewery. It is not made here, but you can shop for it. The new sake was also available in a dry version.
Photo 3 shows yuzu salt ramen noodles made with Hatsuyugi. It was very tasty, but the yuzu aroma was so strong that I could not feel the sake. Mt. Asama seen from the large window of the restaurant was beautiful.
Sake breweries, ramen, and sweets in Saku are now collaborating. ~2/11. かずきOpened December 5, 2024
Purchased at the brewery
Traditional sake taste!
Perfect for when you're tired of the recent fruity stuff and want to go back to your roots ^ ^.
It's a draft sake, but looks good heated up! It might be good with sashimi as well as simmered dishes!
But at 800 yen, it's a very reasonable price! おっfirst Japanese bush warbler to chirp this year (i.e. spring)
Little aroma. A close sniff reveals the aroma of rice and a faint smell of alcohol like chemicals. Soft, tasteless, and umakuchi. When drinking, it has a slight numbness and bitterness. It is refreshing. It goes well with any kind of food.
I have been drinking so many strong-flavored sake that I thought it tasted light, but now I am beginning to understand how delicious it is.
Purchased at a sake brewery.
It is a magnificent house. The sales floor is modest. Steam from the boiler. I have the impression that Hatsuyugi is a very powerful local sake in Saku City. くじちゃんFeels like water.
A little fruity
Slightly sour
Recommended as a food wine かうぽんAfter touring the five breweries in Suwa, we stopped by the Okazaki Shuzo of Shinshu Kamerei.
Okazaki Sake Brewery of Shinshu Kamerei. I asked for a recommendation at a nearby liquor store and
I bought it.
It was my first time to drink this sake.
The aroma is classic.
More umami than sweetness. The aftertaste is cut by sourness.
I enjoyed it with pickled nozawana.
We paired it with salted yokan from Shinzuru Honten next to the Suwa-taisha Shrine for dessert.
The sweet and salty yokan resets the sweet and salty yokan.
The sweet and sour taste of the salted yokan resets the sweet and salted yokan.
I thought it would be better with a little less sourness. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
