Hatsuuguisuしぼりたて生酒 本醸造

first Japanese bush warbler to chirp this year (i.e. spring)
Fruity sweet aroma. Sticky, honey-like sweetness followed by numbness from the alcohol. I didn't expect it because of the plain label, but unexpectedly I quite liked the taste.
Purchased at the Nakagome branch of Kiuchi Brewery. It is not made here, but you can shop for it. The new sake was also available in a dry version.
Photo 3 shows yuzu salt ramen noodles made with Hatsuyugi. It was very tasty, but the yuzu aroma was so strong that I could not feel the sake. Mt. Asama seen from the large window of the restaurant was beautiful.
Sake breweries, ramen, and sweets in Saku are now collaborating. ~2/11.
