It is the first Yinggei ice rice brewing. I opened the one I bought because I heard it was written as "ice rice" and read as "itemai", and the steamed rice was frozen in the cold winter season, and I bought it because it was recommended by the brewery. Hmmm, I forced myself to look for the characteristics, but I thought it was no different than a dry general junmai sake, but I left it behind, so we'll look for it again tomorrow.
This is the first Ushizome. This is one of the two bottles I bought at a brewery in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture. It has a wonderfully raw flavor. It has a freshness and youthfulness aplenty. It has no sweetness and no strong aroma, which makes me happy. It has no sweetness and no strong aroma, which makes me happy.
