Shinshu Sake (Japanese Sake from Nagano Prefecture) 100😌
After eating motsu stew at Shinagawa meat market before noon, we went to Gotanda.
I told my family that I was going to have a chicken nabe today
I'll be back in a few days.
I went to Naito Shoten and Kuwabara Shoten, which I saw on Kazuhiko Ota's TV program.
Naito Shoten has the same style as ever. Their one-cup lineup is also great. Their shochu is one of the best in Tokyo.
Kuwabara Shoten is a good liquor store which we visited for the first time today.
The selection is unique and the good design display is excellent.
The old man was very friendly and we had a good conversation with him.
When I told him that I had seen Kazuhiko Ota's program, he let me taste some of the sake that he drank and praised on the air.
I'd like to visit Kuwabara Shoten again as I'll have a chance to buy chicken and miso in Gotanda in the future.
I would like to visit Kuwabara again.
It's not sweet and juicy, but it's a flavorful ginjo with a delicious rice flavor that's great with a heated sake👍.
Shinshu sake is profound😊.
