We ate chicken skin, durum, bonjiri, pork belly, sandy chicken and pork. I wish the sake menu was more extensive! Here is the only sake I drank that day! I ordered this one thinking it was a local sake because it was only labeled "Tojikan" on the menu. It was a sake made by a major manufacturer in Nada 🤣! After the beer, I ordered a glass of sake because I didn't know if it would be cold or not💦. Well then, let's go! Wait a minute! It's so lukewarm! ❗️ This is no longer called "Hiya". Let's call it "lukewarm." But when you sip it, you'll be amazed! It's surprisingly sweet and tasty, and it doesn't go well with yakitori. Or rather, it goes well with yakitori. ❗️ I'll admit it honestly. Hi, it's pretty good, but I couldn't bring myself to do one more. That's it for today's sake: ❗️

Next is dry. I tried the Tojikan, which I had never had before. It is dry, but the power of Yamada-Nishiki makes it easy to drink. It also has a nice aroma. I left the bar after 30 minutes. (Laughs) This is what you get when you are alone in a place that is not your favorite bar.

It was recommended at a pub in front of Kyoto Station, so I tried it. I had it hot, but maybe lukewarm is better... The flavor was gone... The sansho pickled squid was a great snack!
