The aroma is fruity, but the drink is refreshing. The elegant sweetness passes through easily, so I kept going for another sip. The aftertaste was so clean that I found myself chasing after the refreshing sweetness that lingered for a while. I love it.

Super Masa

Glamour. This sake offers one of the best answers to this question. The effect of aging at ice temperature gives it a taut impact and an elegance that does not resemble the rice polishing ratio in a good way. It's labeled as a limited edition sake, so I assume it's an experimental brew, but I'd love to see a glossy sake made into a product!

The previous one was a little too much for my liking, so I tried again. It's totally drinkable. I don't think I can get it to room temperature, so while it's cold.

This is a Junmai Daiginjo sake. The label was metallic and cool, so I bought it on the jacket. When I tried it, it tasted sweet at first, but the aftertaste was like brewed alcohol, so I didn't think it was very tasty. There is no brewing alcohol in the ingredients... This is not a recommendation, but a note for myself.
