It's totally drinkable. I don't think I can get it to room temperature, so while it's cold. かなびあThis is a Junmai Daiginjo sake. The label was metallic and cool, so I bought it on the jacket.
When I tried it, it tasted sweet at first, but the aftertaste was like brewed alcohol, so I didn't think it was very tasty. There is no brewing alcohol in the ingredients...
