The sweetness spread like kompeito sugar while the mouth was enveloped by the luster. ☺️
Then bitterness and astringency appear at the back of the throat, but the mouth is still wrapped in gloss 😍.
The glossy feeling doesn't disappear even when I serve it with dumplings.
Mmmmmm. It was a good, delicious sake that was assertive without being disgusting 🤤.

In June 2018, on the way home from a baseball game at Seibu Dome, we stopped at an eel restaurant.
The brewer is Kichihei Kato Kichihei Shoten, a limited partnership in Sabae City, Fukui Prefecture.
It is the same brewer as BORN.

The elegant sweetness passes through easily, so I kept going for another sip.
