Then bitterness and astringency appear at the back of the throat, but the mouth is still wrapped in gloss 😍.
The glossy feeling doesn't disappear even when I serve it with dumplings.
Mmmmmm. It was a good, delicious sake that was assertive without being disgusting 🤤.
