When opened and poured, the nose has a freshness like apple and muscat, with a mild sweet and sour fruit yogurt-like aroma.
The palate is clear and light with a mineral feel. Pure, light sweetness like peaches with a bright acidity and astringency that follows.
There is a roundness with a slightly mature taste, but it is a fresh and delicious wine with no habits at all!
It is truly a glossy, smooth taste!
It is rich but not cloying, and goes perfectly with elegant black sesame tofu 😋.
