I hadn't had Tokushima sake yet, so I bought some at an antenna store in Yurakucho when I went to Ginza last week 😀. It's safe to say that the first time you drink a brand you've never tried before, you can try it out in a single bottle 😁. The aroma is subtle but apple ✨. It has a refreshing taste. The gentle sweetness is followed by a full flavor! The acidity is refreshing and delicious 😍. I would drink this sake again if I could find it 😊.

Hi Jay & Nobby😃. Thank you 😊 I've found a store that specializes in single-batch bottles, so I'll be looking for some more. I found a store that specializes in one-bottle bottles, so I'll look around next time 😅I certainly don't see them in Tokushima, even though they're delicious!

Shikoku x Sake Country 2025 Sake Brewery Wonderland On Osaka ③. The booth of "Kirai" in Tokushima. They brought only their standard products this time. Kirai (black) Tokubetsu Junmai The taste is slightly umami. Kirai (silver) Junmai Daiginjo The umami and sweetness are sweet and delicious. Very tasty. Kibuki River This sake is made with water from the Anabuki River (the original kanji), which flows close to the brewery. The water has a strong acidity, but is also tasty and refreshing. It is also very tasty. ◉Kirai (Aka) Ginjo-Junmai (Houjun) Aromatic and umami, with the typical Junmai rice-derived acidity. All of the wines at this booth were delicious. They will be bringing their Kirai (blue) to the National Sake Fair, which they did not bring this time.

Shikoku x Sake Country 2025 Sake Brewery Wonderland On Osaka - A Spectacle of Sake and Food in Shikoku This sake has a very good name for those who like dry sake! I say "dry" but it's dry with a nice sharpness! It was very cold, so it may not be at its full potential, but I'm sure it would be very tasty heated up. It's a pity that there was no heated sake corner this time! The other Umakuchi was a Junmai that was straight-up delicious! The umami is so strong that you can feel it even when it's cold! I think I'd like to try it lukewarm!

Shikoku x Sake Country 2025 Sake Brewery Wonderland On Osaka - Shikoku's Sake and Food Spectacle - (3) I've been drinking it at home in the past, but there's no longer a store where you can buy it... It's a brewery of the Novil Group, which operates a diversified business in Tokushima, including pachinko halls, golf courses, car sales, and a vending machine business. They are planning to withdraw from the pachinko hall business by transferring it to another company in the same business. I drank Kirai Gin Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki, Polishing ratio 43%, Sake meter value +2.0 It's sweet and junmai, but has a strong umami flavor and is very drinkable. Kirai Kuro Tokubetsu Junmai Yakkuchi Gin-no-sato Polishing ratio 63% Sake strength +1.0 It's a bit on the dry side, but has a nice sweetness to it. It's like a modern classic. Kirai Aka Junmai Ginjyo Rich Gin-no-sato Polishing ratio 53%, Sake meter value +1.0 I like it because it's quite fruity, sweet and has a strong umami taste. Kibukigawa Special Junmai Gin-no-sato Polishing ratio 60 It is smooth, easy to drink and slightly sweet. It has a lingering aftertaste, but it is short.
