Purchased at Urabandai Product Center at the entrance of Goshikinuma Drink it at room temperature as soon as you get home. It has a certain spiciness with a firm sweetness. Fruity (sourness?) is not so much. Not so much Sweetness: 4/5 Sourness: 2/5 Pungency:3/5 Bitter:1/5 Astringent:1/5

It was very fruity. To me, it was easy to drink, neither sweet nor spicy. I drank it while eating Chinese cabbage and pork hot pot and it went perfectly with it. I would like to drink it again 😊.

I bought it because it was recommended to me by a liquor store as being very popular! After the sake feeling comes in the throat, the gentle feeling of rice comes for a moment, but it quickly disappears...no aftertaste... You feel like you're drinking sake, but you can drink as much as you want! It goes with everything!

I've bought Nagurazan several times for Mukuninoshu, but this is my first time for Gekyumyu ✨. It has a strong aroma of rice and a good balance of sweetness and umami 😆. I can buy Nagurayama with confidence because there is no hassle 💕. It's delicious👍
