these days
I've come to understand the characteristics of Niigata, Yamagata and Fukushima
I think I'm beginning to understand
Is it the ratio of refreshing and kokumaro?
This is a Kokumaro-first type.
I don't know...
The rice polishing ratio is 55%.
Alcohol content 15 degrees.
2021.01 55%.
They were having a tasting sale, so I had a chance to try many different kinds of sake, and I decided to go with the Junmai unfiltered undiluted sake. I thought it had a nice aroma and it was 55% polished rice.
It smells like pineapple, and when you drink it, it has a nice sweetness and acidity, with a caramel-like bitterness and some spiciness that lingers. Everything here was delicious.
This is the first of four bottles I purchased from Gonoi Sake Brewery, taking advantage of their free shipping campaign (thanks for the tip, Kaoshi Kanon!).
I selected this one because it's your first sake brewery and the label was pretty cool too! 😊
The aroma is slightly fruity.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a light sweetness and at the same time the bitterness spreads! But it's not an unpleasant bitterness, it's a nice sweet and bitter type. 😆 .
You can't go wrong with Fukushima sake! 👍
Thank you very much for the food 😋
Good evening, Shangquan kanon! 😄.
I decided to buy 4 bottles and then I was worried about the last one and decided to buy this one 😆 Well, it was the right choice! 👍The silver label is also cool so I recommend it 😊.
It has a very sweet taste.
Is it melon? Banana?
It's got a fruit-like sweetness to it!
It's a sake with a "rich" image.
(This is my personal impression...) (#^^#)
Personally, I think it is easier to drink with ice.
I think it is easy to drink.
Yume-no-Ka 100% made🌾
A slightly sweet drink
This is the third time I have drunk this sake.
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma, but it is not unpleasant.
It is a fruity and beautiful sake. It goes well with not only Japanese food but also Western food👍.
I like to drink it slightly chilled😊.
