The second sake purchased in Koriyama. Polishing rice 55%. Slightly sour 🍋 aroma. Drink it and feel refreshed! A little sourness in the aftertaste. This is the kind of sake you drink by itself. It would go well with sashimi. This, this, this!

I've had Gekyun no Kahori before, but this one is more for eating in. Both are high in level with my taste.

This is one of the "Fukushima Sake Drink and Support! This is one of the bottles in the "Fukushima New Sake Set". It is sweet, sour, and fruity. It's unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, and while it's fresh, it's not prickly or rough, so it's easy to drink. It's so good that you could probably drink it all in one sitting😋.
