It must have been about three years ago. It was a mid-winter morning when the moon was still faintly visible. I was hurrying to put on my leather shoes at the door to catch the first train, when I met my little girl who had woken up and needed to go to the bathroom. She saw me and went back to her room without saying a word. I walked to the station, looking up at the moon to keep the tears from falling. Thank you God๐
This is a so-called "Natsu Gin" with 14% alcohol content.
The label and the bottle remind you of summer, but it has a sweet and full-bodied taste, and yet it is refreshing. It's perfect for a hot summer day.
I found another liquor store in the neighborhood of my house that looks ee. The lady at the store was friendly and I'm sure I'll be going there for a long time (เนยดยดยดยดเน) and I bought this one I've been curious about. ! (As a side note, I bought a few bottles of Kuma Shochu because it was a liquor store that pushed Kuma Shochu. I know it's tough right now, but I wish you the best of luck...)
It is named Kahori, so when you take a bite of it, you can smell the sweet aroma. It is a fruity type. It's mildly sweet. What surprised me was the bitter taste that lingers in the mouth. I've never had a distinctly bitter taste with sake before, so I was in a panic for a moment. I love these sweet treats!
Well, I've got a stack of sake in the fridge...I'm having a one-man drinking contest tonight.
Skunk cabbage (day 8) -> I'm starting to get a sour taste from the beginning. This sourness is a nice match for the strong alcoholiness!
Two Rabbits (Day 5) -> It was a well-balanced drink, but today it seemed much sweeter.
Compared to the other brands, this one still smells great! Each sake has its own personality, so it's nice to compare them. Sometimes it's nice to compare sakes so you can get a feel for how good each one is (ยฐโฝยฐ).
