It had a slight color because I laid it down for a year.
It really fits in the bulb socket.
A rich honey-like sweetness and a savory bitterness like almonds.
I can also detect a citric acidity.
The acidity remains the same even when heated to lukewarm.
Hot sake mellows out the acidity and makes it easier to drink.
It also tastes a little more refreshing.
