The 6th Sake Festival in Osaka Bay Tower (19⑲) Okuhida Sake Brewery / Okuhida, Hatsuroroku, Gifu Prefecture This is the first time for us to taste the "Okuhida" sake. Hatsugoroku Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu. Mineral and hard. It was a bit short and had a bitter taste. Okuhida Junmai Shiboritate Nama Sake It also has a fresh feeling, but it is mineral and has a bitter taste. Okuhida BK Dark mellow Junmai Ginjo I wonder if it was mellow...🤔Mineral and hard impression. I had the same impression that all Okuhida was minerally.

💮. I met you on a trip 🚅 to Gero Onsen. I fell in love with the best sake! 🍶. Too good to bring back as a souvenir. It's thick and spicy. But the aftertaste is clean. No fruity taste. You can taste the rice flavor. Too strong & spicy to drink by itself.

Aroma is strong sake and rice flavor. Light on the tongue, with a sake rice flavor, followed by a sharp bitterness and mild acidity that lingers for a long time. The aroma also lingers in the mouth.

There was a limited sales event at the brewery in March and I bought it then. (I have a weakness for limited editions😃) It was a fun event, talking with the brewery girls. By the way, when I was at the brewery, the president came out from the back room shouting that Murakami had hit and won, and the brewery staff and customers got very excited. ⚾️🎉 Okuhida's limited edition sake was fresh and fruity, just like Hatsugoroku, and I never got tired of drinking it. It can be enjoyed on its own or as an in-between-dinner drink. It's delicious. I'm sure you'll enjoy it 😋😋.
