There was a limited sales event at the brewery in March and I bought it then. (I have a weakness for limited editions😃)
It was a fun event, talking with the brewery girls.
By the way, when I was at the brewery, the president came out from the back room shouting that Murakami had hit and won, and the brewery staff and customers got very excited. ⚾️🎉
Okuhida's limited edition sake was fresh and fruity, just like Hatsugoroku, and I never got tired of drinking it.
It can be enjoyed on its own or as an in-between-dinner drink. It's delicious.
I'm sure you'll enjoy it 😋😋.

This sake brewery is within walking distance of Hida Kanayama Station.
This time, they recommended to purchase by letter.
I am a sucker for limited editions, so I bought it.
The aroma is moderate and the taste is strong. It is dry with a clean aftertaste.
I paired it with fried pork and cheese with tomato ketchup.

Beautiful hand-painted rabbit🐰 art bottle🍶.
After opening the bottle, the aroma is not much, and the mouthfeel is not so bad.
After a couple of days, the taste changes 😭😱 and it's a robust sake 🍶 when drunk at room temperature. 😅
