Okuhida booth in Gifu Prefecture. Painfully forgot to take a picture 😱. It seems that the warehouse and the building are being used in the drama "The Best Obahan" that's on right now. Hatsugoroku Tokubetsu Junmai Unfiltered Haraju (Silver) 🔴. Okuhida Yuzu Sake I was peak drunk so I don't remember 🤣. For some reason, I also tried the "Yuzusyu" and I remember that it was really citrusy and it was Yuzu itself.

I bought it because it was one of the 5 most popular sake ranking [fruity] in Gifu Prefecture! It's called [fruity] too! For a sake beginner, I felt that it was just about the sake! First impressions: A blue 26-year-old man who still has passion, dreams and ambitions for his work. A young man looking straight into the future appeared on the palate! The sake tastes so good that I envy its linear youthfulness!

Purchased at a convenience store in Gero Onsen I bought it at random from a convenience store, so I didn't mind if it was bad at all, but it was surprisingly tasty! Although it has an alcoholic taste, it's not too strong and you can drink it easily.

Sake from Gifu, which has been a long time coming. Its name is Okuhida. It has the sweetness and tangy accent typical of junmai sake. It's not too much to say it's a cup of sake in a wine glass! Sake is great while watching the Japanese Grand Prix FP2 on DAZN!

A light, dry, crisp, and refreshing mid-meal sake with a moderate aroma. It is served cold. Goes well with grilled fish with butter. Hatsugoroku is sweeter than Okuhida and Okuhida is drier. I want to go back to buy more. I will be abstaining from drinking from tomorrow because I have to go for a physical checkup this week.

When they say peach, it's peach Sticky sweet aroma of banana type. Taste is dry. It has a strong alcohol taste, but it is clean and crisp. but the taste is clean and crisp. I did not know about this sake, but it is a good sake that I do not know yet. I have never heard of this sake, but it is a good sake that I haven't found yet. But now it is Okuhida Sake Brewery. It seems to be Okuhida Sake Brewery (former Takagi Sake Brewery). We had it with roast Hida beef.

Since Sakegawa does not register its location, it is noted as passing through Setoichi Station. The green color increases at once from here. I took the renamed limited express Shinano for the first time. Please laugh at me for drinking Okuhida to Shinano. It has been a long time since my last trip. Sweet and mellow sake. We started the morning with an ekiben (boxed meal) at a Japanese-style pub. The seats are reserved, but there are enough people to take SD.

Another version (Orange) of Okuhida, which I drank before. Delicious 😋I personally prefer this one 🎵. The color is clear and the aroma is gorgeous ginjo aroma. In the mouth, it has a sweetness reminiscent of brown sugar, bitterness, and a strong spiciness. The label says it is also good heated 😋I will definitely try this one 😃.
