This is a limited edition sake from the brewery open house held during Golden Week. I can't help but buy the limited edition sake. 💦.
Well, this sake is made with Yamadanishiki from Hida and is a modern fruity sake. I guess it tastes more like first green than traditional Okuhida. It's delicious and super likable. 😋😋😋😋😋
The weather was perfect that day and it was great to drink sake with friends while surrounded by fresh greenery. 👍

I found it in the sake section of a supermarket I don't often visit.
Encounters like this are why the Cup Sake Club members can't stop!
As it is called "hometown sake," it was a good sake full of the deliciousness of water and rice.

ピロピロ
A 23BY junmai ginjo given to me by my boss. It is heavy and has acidity. It has a hard taste.
It was a little hard to drink cold, but it was more comfortable with hot sake.
Paired perfectly with simmered tuna kama, which has a strong flavor.
I don't know how it was stored, so I'm not sure if this is the original flavor.
