Purchase from Okuhida Sake Brewery This sake brewery is within walking distance of Hida Kanayama Station. This time, they recommended to purchase by letter. I am a sucker for limited editions, so I bought it. The aroma is moderate and the taste is strong. It is dry with a clean aftertaste. I paired it with fried pork and cheese with tomato ketchup. How to drink:Room temperature Aroma: Very refreshing. Orange-like aroma. Taste: No unpleasant taste at all. The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads, followed a little later by a light sourness. It is very easy to drink with a clean aftertaste that does not linger in the mouth.
