The rice used is "Yamadanishiki", "Miyamanishiki" and "Gohyakumangoku". Is this the first time for Fuji Takasago? It's definitely dry, but it's not like a +10. It is soft on the palate, light and refreshing, but with a solid flavor. There is a sweetness behind the spiciness. The finish is crisp and clean, and goes away quickly. This is a good sake to drink during meals, and a very good sake for everyday drinking!

We went to a store with a wide variety of Sake ✨there must be more than 100 kinds.......here's one of them CHOICE‼️ For snacks, choose red shrimp sashimi, pollack zangi, and koronpo ‼️ The aroma has a strong sense of rice, the first attack is a delicious sweetness, then the dryness comes in and mixes well with the sweetness. ‼️ The last sake is a +10 dry sake 🍶♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ This is also a cosy and tasty sake. ♥️

Winter only! Junmai dry sake, freshly squeezed. Fuji and brewed in the Noto style, the sake has a unique flavor. Fuji, which is very soft water with low fermentation power. Brewing with this water is technically very difficult and requires a lot of time and effort, but the sake has a smooth and gentle mouthfeel with a mild aroma. Sake rice: Koji rice: Gohyakumangoku, Kake rice: Yamadanishiki, Miyamanishiki, Polishing ratio: 60%, Yeast: undisclosed Served well chilled ✨ Slightly fluffy, fluffy, and spicy 👍. This sake is exactly what the label says it is: a sake that goes down smoothly. The mouthfeel is fresh and the gentle acidity and bitterness are harmoniously blended together and linger on the tongue. There is also a slight tingling gas feeling, as is typical for a sake that is not yet fully matured 😆. The rice used in this sake is so luxurious, but it is amazing that the rice is harmonized without fighting with each other 🥴. I paired it with avocado torotaku👍

I was attracted by the keyword "Yamahai Junmai Hiyoroshi" and bought it. But it was different from what I expected. Is this Junmai? The alcohol was too strong... I didn't reach for it for a while and left it in the refrigerator, but when I noticed it, the corners were removed and it became easier to drink.

Purchased Fujinomiya sake for the first time. I was attracted by the "banana" on the label. When I opened the bottle, it had a sweet aroma. But when I drank it, it was not banana. It had a strong twang, I could feel the alcohol. I also felt a strong assertion of rice.
