Wow! Really like this, it’s crisp and fresh and almost a little tangy but has a bold, almost creamy finish. Green apple, fresh corn, honeydew melon, honey, vanilla, almond, cream cheese.
Complex, takes you on a flavour journey, with twists and turns and a satisfying finish. There’s a hint of sweetness that builds then fades, but overall fairly dry.
I love the fresher fruit flavours in this.

If you drink only unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered sake during the winter, it can be heavy at times, so in the spring, drinking a light sake like this is good for the stomach 🙂.

This Sake has a very light mouth feel and is slightly sweet. The acidity causes some dryness which lingers for a long finish. There is a good balance between the sweet and dryness. The flavors are light with a hint of apple and banana.
I believe this Sake won a Gold award at the 2020 US National Sake Appraisal.

Commemoration of Shinkansen drinking
I don't have a chance to drink this kind of drink unless I'm on an expedition, but when I try it, I'm surprised at how good it tastes!

It is a major Shochikubai. It is relatively sweet and easy to drink. It is the time of the canned food and the sake in the Shinkansen on the way back from the business trip. I think this is healing. I also tried the devil's beer. It's also delicious!

I'd already had a good experience with Suzune, and I wanted to try a different kind of sake, so I bought this one.
The carbonation is so strong that it stings the tongue.
It also has a strong sourness and then a sweetness that follows.
I bought a small bottle of 150ml as a trial, but I was convinced that this is how I personally feel.
There are many stores that carry it and even convenience stores often have it, which is an advantage, but I think I prefer Suzune.
It's not bad, it's just a story of personal preference.

Bright and tropical on the nose. Pineapple, lychee, lots of bubblegum aromas. Something else like basil and anise, as well as something reminiscent of old bars of soap or drawer fresheners.
Bright and astringent at first, but quickly becomes smooth and mellow. Flavours are much more subdued. Much more subtle. More rice with light fruit, and a refreshingly dry finish.
