Aizan sake, still stocked but a little interrupted for refrigerator reasons😅. Shochiku Ume, but brewed in Nada, not Fushimi. There's a big building that looks like a factory near Sunshine Wharf. The bottle and cap have a unique design. The aroma on the nose is quite gorgeous, with a slight nuance of peppermint. In the mouth, it has a gorgeous sweetness and a bitter spiciness. It is refreshing but has a strong personality, probably because it is an unfiltered sake.

If you drink only unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered sake during the winter, it can be heavy at times, so in the spring, drinking a light sake like this is good for the stomach 🙂.

4.25/5 ☆ Wow! Really like this, it’s crisp and fresh and almost a little tangy but has a bold, almost creamy finish. Green apple, fresh corn, honeydew melon, honey, vanilla, almond, cream cheese. Complex, takes you on a flavour journey, with twists and turns and a satisfying finish. There’s a hint of sweetness that builds then fades, but overall fairly dry. I love the fresher fruit flavours in this. 乾杯！

Smells like bananas...or does it? With a low alcohol content of 4%, this sake is easy to drink and has a pleasant carbonation. It's a sake, but it could also be served next to a Western-style meal as a champagne.

Merry Christmas everyone! 🎄 This Sake has a very light mouth feel and is slightly sweet. The acidity causes some dryness which lingers for a long finish. There is a good balance between the sweet and dryness. The flavors are light with a hint of apple and banana. I believe this Sake won a Gold award at the 2020 US National Sake Appraisal.

I got this from an acquaintance. The aroma of the rice is rich and deep. The gentle sweetness is to my liking, and it was delicious. I'm sorry that I thought that the big manufacturers were not good. I regret that I thought that the major manufacturers were not good.

I'd already had a good experience with Suzune, and I wanted to try a different kind of sake, so I bought this one. The carbonation is so strong that it stings the tongue. It also has a strong sourness and then a sweetness that follows. I bought a small bottle of 150ml as a trial, but I was convinced that this is how I personally feel. There are many stores that carry it and even convenience stores often have it, which is an advantage, but I think I prefer Suzune. It's not bad, it's just a story of personal preference.
