I was wary that the bottle would be very foamy since there was about 3 or 4 cm of cakes in the bottle, but it was opened with no problem at all. I was a bit wary when I opened the bottle, but I was able to open it without any problems at all. There was no sense of fizziness when I drank it.
It was dry and light, without much alcohol, and I accidentally and carelessly finished a bottle.

Procured at a sake brewery in the lap of Mount Narita. The name and the label are overflowing with gratitude. It is great to be able to ward off bad luck by drinking sake.
