Good evening, Shinshin-san. Two days ago, I was in Choshi. Before that, I was hanging around Kanzaki and Katori. Not quite a near miss. I see there's a place in Narita where you can have a nice drink too! __φ(__...

Nice to meet you, Tasake for my first sake. Thank you for the rice. We had a near miss in Chiba Prefecture, didn't we? I also visited Iinuma Honke in Koshi after that. They were sold out of Sakasui no Dawn, unfortunately 😂.

Shinshin SY, sorry to hear that. Dawn of Sakasui I'll study up! I went all the way to Ibaraki to buy sake at the Hojo Brewery, a Raifuku Sake Brewery outlet.

Finally opened the bottle! It had been sitting in the fridge for 6 months. Good aroma, good mouthfeel, and comfortable to drink! I liked the brand name sake of this inn! I'll be drinking it in moderation 🍶. Tonight we had a quarter of a bottle of Ni-Rabbit 🐇.

My oldest son is leaving for the US in April: 🇺🇸 The whole family gathered for a send-off party and my celebration a little early 🚙. As a celebration, we each received a drink of our choice from the inn. Sake from Narita Meizo, the only sake brewery on the Omotesando sidewalk of Mt. It was my first time to drink this brand. It is fragrant and a little sweet. It has a bitterness and a sharp taste at the end. We were served a variety of dishes, which we enjoyed little by little in our sake cups 😋. Knowledge Junmai Daiginjo-shu is packed in a lapis lazuli-colored bottle. It is very popular among women because of the color of the bottle, and it comes in a navy blue covered box, making it a very popular gift. It is characterized by its floral aroma and full-bodied flavor, which is unique to Junmai Daiginjo-shu. The hi-ire process, which is usually done twice, is done only once during bottling to preserve the delicate aroma. Rice: Yamadanishiki and Omachi Alcohol content 15%. Sake meter degree +2.3 Ingredients: Rice, rice malt
