Today, I went shopping at Naritasan Shinsho-ji Temple.
And by the way? I thought I'd buy some sake.
Chomei-sen! The name is good luck! I had no choice but to buy it. I thought, "I have no choice but to buy it! I want to cherish my good luck!
I took it home and opened the bottle, thinking I would drink it as it was cold there. No blowout.
First, the supernatant. I could feel some acidity.
After that, I stirred it well, poured it into a glass, and drank it! It is sweet! As soon as you think that, it goes from dry to sharp.
And then the four-pack was gone.
Avoiding the New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
Hatsumode to Naritasan Shinsho-ji Temple
January 7 was also very crowded. Especially the line for the eel shop!
Waiting for 3 hours is impossible 😭.
After visiting the shrine
After visiting the shrine, we went straight to Takizawa Honten, the brewery of Chomeisen.
They are having their first sale at the storefront 🤩.
The activated muddy sake poured into the cups was delicious,
Everyone was grabbing this one after another!
Shiboritate Chomeisen
It is brewer's alcohol added and 19 degrees Celsius!
It was very sweet and had a nice aroma!
Delicious ‼️
Aruzoe's slurpiness is also good.
Also bad ‼️
Too bad!
It's like a devil!
I met a charming sake like an angel
I met this fascinating drink at the beginning of the new year💘
I had been avoiding it for a long time. I've been avoiding it for some reason,
This year, I want to try various kinds 😋.
Slightly yellowish and clear, with aromas of yogurt, Kamishinko, green bamboo, pear, and honeysuckle. The attack is rather strong, with mild acidity, moderate sweetness, and a rather short finish.

Feel the heat in your throat
Gorgeous aroma escapes from the nose😊.
Very nice sake 🍶✨😊.
The cask sake was so good that I drank it all up and ate something I bought at another restaurant, but I still missed the sake so I revisited😅.
After talking with the waitress again, she recommended a half-boiled Junmai Ginjo and I tried it!
This one was real dry and delicious 😋.
It was a great opportunity to learn about the many other fascinating things to do in Naritasan besides eels ✨.
The other day, on my first trip to Narita-san in fine weather, I spotted the Chomeisen brewery on the approach to the temple! 👀
Since they were having a corner bar, we consulted with the waitress and chose the cask sake this time!
Thank goodness for the service of filling paper cups to the brim 😁.
It smells like wood in the mouth and is very easy to drink!
It also has a banana-like flavor that makes it even more delicious 😋.
We enjoyed Narita-san with a slight intoxication ✨.
