I went to Narita-san and bought it as a souvenir. I thought it was spicy for a moment! but it was only for the first moment, and after that, it was easy to drink. It is a very tasty sake.

When you try it, you will be surprised,
It is light and refreshing at first.
but the umami comes out in the middle.

4.5 points That's not junmai! (Junmai fundamentalist) It was chilled, so it tastes okay. Is it fooled? ...Day 2 oh so good, I enjoyed the lactic acidity without the cloying taste!
It's actually the one that's been sitting in my fridge since last year. It doesn't seem to be the intended flavor of the quintessence, but it's sweet because it's a raw ginjo.
