Along with Osechi, we had a bottle of freshly brewed sake, a souvenir from Chiba.
The name sounds like it might be good for you.
It's a little fermented, carbonated, refreshing, and not too sweet.
I hope this year will be a good year for many people.

It has a fruity aroma and is light and easy to drink at first.
On the other hand, it has a strong dry taste at the end.
The dryness at the end was a bit strong for me.
