Today, I went shopping at Naritasan Shinsho-ji Temple. And by the way? I thought I'd buy some sake. Chomei-sen! The name is good luck! I had no choice but to buy it. I thought, "I have no choice but to buy it! I want to cherish my good luck! I took it home and opened the bottle, thinking I would drink it as it was cold there. No blowout. First, the supernatant. I could feel some acidity. After that, I stirred it well, poured it into a glass, and drank it! It is sweet! As soon as you think that, it goes from dry to sharp. And then the four-pack was gone.

Happy New Year's Day! My eldest son and daughter arrived for New Year's Day. Along with Osechi, we had a bottle of freshly brewed sake, a souvenir from Chiba. The name sounds like it might be good for you. It's a little fermented, carbonated, refreshing, and not too sweet. I hope this year will be a good year for many people.

A glass at the brewery's direct sales store/corner bar near Shinshoji Temple. It has a fruity aroma and is light and easy to drink at first. On the other hand, it has a strong dry taste at the end. The dryness at the end was a bit strong for me.

It is a connection until the eel is grilled. We will enjoy it with carp wash. I have been curious about this sake since my previous visit, but this is the first time I have tasted it. You can feel the sweetness after the spiciness. It is the opposite of the way I usually feel the taste.

The middle day of a three-day weekend✨I skipped the Metropolitan Expressway in the morning and went to Narita-San-Shinsho-ji Temple in Chiba 😊My favorite was the eel 🐍It was delicious! It was delicious 🤤. On the way to Chomeisen, a sake brewery directly managed by the brewery, on the way to the Omotesando sidewalk, which reminds me of the old streets of the temple. I bought a bottle of Narita Reisui Natsugin Nama. No aroma. It is a little dry but refreshing summer sake. It might be good as a food sake. There was also one at an eel restaurant 😊✨.
