じぇんてぃーれ

Pale golden color, faintly effervescent, with a nose of white wine, Vermentino, sweet sake, Japanese paper, aroma of brewery, kiwi, a little astringency at first, then sweet and sour tropical juice, but not too sweet and clear, a very bright sake. The aroma is so laconic and gorgeous that it is hard to believe it is junmai, and if you only smelled it, you might mistake it for an aromatic white wine.
