Next was Momo no titpik from Kyoto, just next door!
I had never heard of this brand before, but it was made by the Matsumoto Sake Brewery.
It was a different type of sake from Sawaya-Matsumoto, but it had a more robust rice flavor.
The mouthfeel was slightly dry and not too heavy.
It is perfect for a solid tasting snack.

Not so sharp, but
But it has a sharpness.

I'm going to have my favorite chargrilled Manganji peppercorns with a side dish.
I'll have it with my favorite charbroiled Manganji peppers as a snack.
