We celebrate the graduation of the students, alone, at HANASAKU.
Genmai-shu (brown rice wine) made by Kameman Shuzo. It has a nostalgic aroma like syrup that I probably smelled when I was a child. And the sweetness of the rice like a brown sugar dessert is elegantly balanced✨!
Using clear subterranean water from Mt. Ozeki and Kumamoto's rice, this brewery makes sake using the latest technology with a young toji (master brewer) at the helm, while maintaining traditional methods.
This is a rare sake made from unpolished, pesticide-free rice.
