Although it is junmai, it is not that heavy and easy to drink. It is light and crisp. The wife also likes it. Opened May 29, 2023 Purchased at the brewery Ours is spicy, the mother of the brewery said, and it really is spicy. But you can smell the rice aroma and feel the freshness of the rice ❗️ very nicely finished ☺️ smart 😆 Must go well with Wajima fish 🐟. I bought it without tasting it, but it's pretty good⭕️
