The building was not completely destroyed or destroyed by fire, but there was a lot of damage 😢This is the first sake from the brewery I have ever had. A few restaurants were closed temporarily. Kanazawa was hardly damaged by the earthquake, and I hope everyone will come to Kanazawa! Now, Senmaida, rice from Senmaida in Wajima is partially used. Although it is junmai, it is not that heavy and easy to drink. It is light and crisp. The wife also likes it. The waitress said there were only 3 bottles left and that she would not be able to drink them for a while! We hope it will come back.

Opened May 29, 2023 Purchased at the brewery Ours is spicy, the mother of the brewery said, and it really is spicy. But you can smell the rice aroma and feel the freshness of the rice ❗️ very nicely finished ☺️ smart 😆 Must go well with Wajima fish 🐟. I bought it without tasting it, but it's pretty good⭕️
