A few restaurants were closed temporarily. Kanazawa was hardly damaged by the earthquake, and I hope everyone will come to Kanazawa! Now, Senmaida, rice from Senmaida in Wajima is partially used. Although it is junmai, it is not that heavy and easy to drink. It is light and crisp. The wife also likes it. The waitress said there were only 3 bottles left and that she would not be able to drink them for a while! We hope it will come back.

Purchased on a trip to Noto two years ago. It had been stored at home, so the color had changed a little and it looked like old sake. It tastes like sake without any habits.
