We bought Senmaida Hiyoroshi at Kanazawa station and opened the bottle while enjoying a live performance at Kanazawa Jazz Street.
It is a delicious sake with a gentle taste and a bit of acidity.
Mellow is good, but light and dry is also good.
The stage was in the precincts of Oyama Shrine.
I left a few four-pack bottles so I could get home safely without losing my pass or phone 😅.
