Although it is junmai, it is not that heavy and easy to drink. It is light and crisp. The wife also likes it. This is the sake of my hometown, Noto Homare. This sake is like doburoku, sweet and delicious. It is the type of sake that you shake a little before drinking. It may not be famous in the Kanto area, but if you see it, you should definitely try it.

Gentle taste. It's easy to drink because it's light and refreshing. I like the size of the 300ml bottle. You can drink it all if you don't want to leave it halfway. Regular sake is great. It's hard to find it unless you're local. It's reasonably priced and delicious. The design is imposing, with a family crest-like appearance.
