Hearing that Kanazawa is in the midst of a tourist slump, the wife and I went to Kanazawa Oden, and I had mixed feelings about being able to easily get into a restaurant that usually has a long line. A few restaurants were closed temporarily. Kanazawa was hardly damaged by the earthquake, and I hope everyone will come to Kanazawa! Now, Senmaida, rice from Senmaida in Wajima is partially used. Although it is junmai, it is not that heavy and easy to drink. It is light and crisp. The wife also likes it. The waitress said there were only 3 bottles left and that she would not be able to drink them for a while! We hope it will come back.

A set of sake at a certain restaurant in Kanazawa City! Noto Homare is a dry, refreshing sake. Takeba is also good. Tetorigawa is full of rich sweetness and umami. It was a good restaurant, good snacks, and good sake.

Noto Homare Junmai Senmaida Hiyoroshi 720ml Rice: Gohyakumangoku and Notohikari produced in Ishikawa Prefecture Polishing ratio 60 Sake Degree Alcohol 18%. We bought Senmaida Hiyoroshi at Kanazawa station and opened the bottle while enjoying a live performance at Kanazawa Jazz Street. It is a delicious sake with a gentle taste and a bit of acidity. Mellow is good, but light and dry is also good. The stage was in the precincts of Oyama Shrine. I left a few four-pack bottles so I could get home safely without losing my pass or phone 😅.

Noto's Local Sake Okunoto Wajima Senmaida Located inside Kanazawa Station Hyakubangai Anto, this is a store where you can buy and drink local sake from Kanazawa, Noto and Kaga. Next is Senmaida. This one has a gentle flavor. Delicious! I have had it before at an izakaya in Nanao, but it is still delicious ^ ^.
