Sake from the northern part of the prefecture. It is fruity without being dull at all. It is interesting because it is not as good as its name.

It is rather refreshing. It's very light. I liked the taste of the thieving cat better, but this is one of them.
This series of caricatures of birds and animals, I can't help but buy the jacket.

I tasted it at a liquor store before and liked it, so I visited the brewery. It was a present for my sister who is not good at sake. I bought it with the intention of drinking it up myself if it didn't work. (In the end, I drank it myself.) The flavor is sweet and similar to white wine. Not too heavy. This sake is made from the sacred rice of Goshokomataki Shrine in Sakuragawa City, Ibaraki Prefecture. I heard that the label was designed by a student of Tsukuba University's College of Art and Design. Cute. This is the first sake I've had made with ancient rice, and I really like it.
