Home-drinking record I happened to see a claim of minus 15 degrees sake at the supermarket and bought it. The first sip was so sweet! I felt it was sweet at the first sip. No peculiarity, no acidity, no gassiness. I think even those who don't like sake can enjoy it.

Opened February 18, 2023 Purchased at Hashimoto's Very fruity🍊. Fruity, sweetness mainly! There is also acidity, a refreshing explosion 💥 of citrus drops ^ ^. Is this really sake? It can be used as a food sake, but I can drink it just by itself. I can go on and on!

I fell in love with this sake at first sight after drinking it for the first time at a tavern in Saga. I was as shocked as I was when I first drank "Takachiyo" from Niigata. It is sweet or rather umami, with a great fruity taste. The impression is similar to "Takachiyo" in terms of type. It is good with sashimi with Kyushu's sweet soy sauce, but it is also enjoyable without it.

First Saga sake I found by chance 🐶. I got a sticker on the back of it at the store, but I'm glad it wasn't on the lettering! At first I thought it might be too sweet, but it was easy to drink and I loved it. It also went strangely well with grilled meat 🐶.

This is a rare sake with a sake content of minus 15. There are many sakes that are all about the positive side, but this is the first time I have seen one that sells the negative side. The color is a bit yellow. When you drink it, it is naturally sweet but quite sharp and not sticky. Quite an interesting sake.

At Universal. I bought it at Super Don Quijote again. Fresh and discreet aroma. As sweet as yesterday's watame (cotton candy) from the street stall. But not too sweet, and it leaves a touch of sake on the tongue. I can see why it is called sake layered with elegant wine. (^-^)
