My first first green.
I met this sake at a bar and was so surprised at how easy it was to drink that I went to Gifu Prefecture to buy it.
I bought a bottle of Las 1 summer sake and laid it down to sleep, and finally opened it in winter.
It has a tropical sweet aroma like pineapple.
The first sip of this sake is full of the delicious flavor of rice.
It has a full acidity in the aftertaste!
This sake is very easy to drink and delicious.
I want to win the whole series!

I heard it was claypot, but it went well with melon and homemade cheese.
It looks like something you'd find in a cocktail served at Cloudy with a Cloudy.

I bought this sake from Gero at a liquor store in the old town of Takayama. I found out later that it was 10% more expensive than the others. I guess it's a tourist attraction, so it can't be helped. Another liquor store? Souvenir shop? There was also another liquor store or souvenir shop that sold sake from all over Japan, and they had Iichiko sake, which was featured in Dan Chu. I was a bit confused for a moment, but I held back because I have too much in stock at home😅.
Well, the sake is modern and fruity! It is a delicious sake.
Perfect with Hida Furukawa cheese in tamari soy sauce👌.
The fourth one is Chitose's Chinese noodles in front of Takayama station 🍜.
