I bought this sake from Gero at a liquor store in the old town of Takayama. I found out later that it was 10% more expensive than the others. I guess it's a tourist attraction, so it can't be helped. Another liquor store? Souvenir shop? There was also another liquor store or souvenir shop that sold sake from all over Japan, and they had Iichiko sake, which was featured in Dan Chu. I was a bit confused for a moment, but I held back because I have too much in stock at home😅.
Well, the sake is modern and fruity! It is a delicious sake.
Perfect with Hida Furukawa cheese in tamari soy sauce👌.
The fourth one is Chitose's Chinese noodles in front of Takayama station 🍜.
