Handa Township
I had a freshly opened one.
Yes, the roundness is wonderful. Oh, it's so nice today that I want to drink another cup.
The mansaku flower on the right.
This is the same one we drank last time, and it's also good today, sweet and tasty, a little higher in alcohol.
I don't know, I don't think I've said it tastes good today.
Now, Kidoizumi.
Banana smell. A phrase I hear often. I don't say it,
I don't say that banana smell is rotten.
What is the boundary between sweetness and odor?
It is written that it is after autumn! My drunken head reads the description to see if I would like to drink it warmer than this time of year, when it gets even colder.
I couldn't do the words today, but I put happiness into gratitude. Oh, thank you for the food, wondering when the next time will be.
Recent series of small bottles.
The aroma is gorgeously fruity. In the mouth, it is smooth with a gentle sweetness and fruity acidity. In the second half, the acidity stands out a little and disappears cleanly.

The last stop today was Handa Township.
I really wanted to drink...
But there was no sake sold at the station, so we ended up drinking at Yamachan, which was located at the station after we got off the train.
This sake has a flavor that is as good as chicken wings.
When you drink it, the spicy aroma of the chicken wings is quickly taken away from your mouth.
The ginjo aroma is also very strong, and if it is drunk on its own, it is a sake that can be enjoyed with a lingering aftertaste.
At any rate, today's drinking session is over.
We will let you know when we have another chance!
Good evening, Mr. Haruei Chichi.
Many small and medium-sized private railways are hand-me-downs from major companies, so they are all long seats. It's not so easy to enjoy drinking...
Just looking out the train window is good...
It is easier to drink than the Kita-Akita I had the other day.
However, I would prefer a more refreshing aftertaste.
I thought I liked it better than Kita-Akita, but I still think I like Kita-Akita better, including the aftertaste. Hmmm. It's hard to say.
I've been drinking sake for half a year now, and I started to lose track of what I was drinking and which ones were good, so I started an app, but I still forget. When I get drunk, anything Junmai Daiginjo tastes good (lol) (lol) Is it natural if it's Junmai Daiginjo? (lol)(lol)

#Nihon-shu
It was recommended to me as an accompaniment to sashimi after drinking a hoppy drink at a standing bar in Nagoya.
It was served cold, but it had a rich sweetness and mild acidity that complemented the sashimi without shrinking.
I thought it was a good value for the price 🖐.
