I have been drinking Aomori's local sake at a nearby izakaya. The top aroma was mild but fruity. The pink label makes it look sweet, but when you put it in your mouth, you can taste the richness and umami rather than the sweetness. I took a closer look and found that this is the same brewery that makes Sakuta.

I saw Shichiriki for the first time. Spring Shibori. The aroma is gentle and penetrating. The taste is sweet or delicious... Is it sharp after drinking? There is no lingering taste, but the aroma through the nose The taste spreads in a flash.

Second round of drinks at a local restaurant. I was attracted by the restaurant's reputation as "the only place in Tokyo where you can drink at this price," so I ordered one. The sake was as good as its reputation, clean and mellow, and perfect for a motsu-yaki restaurant.

Nanashiriki is apparently limited to the Nananokai, which is organized by seven sake breweries in Aomori City. It has a gorgeous, fruity aroma and taste. The sweetness on the palate is also elegant and reminiscent of flowers. The aroma remains, but has a nice sharpness.

1.8L 3950 yen, 17-18% alcohol by volume, 100% raw material rice (Hanamoi 100%), 55% rice polishing ratio, Sake degree +1, acidity 1.6, limited edition for one year, it was released three days ago, so I went to Aomori city after work on Friday to purchase it. This product sells out within a month every year, so I was happy to be able to purchase two bottles. It has no peculiarities and has a good balance of sweetness and umami of rice, so it is easy to drink at room temperature or cold.

Second souvenir from KazKaz. It is a brand name planned and sold by 7 sake stores in Aomori. Rice used is 100% Hanasoui. The top-tasting aroma is a calm ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is slightly sweet with a strong umami flavor. The aftertaste is reminiscent of classical sake, and is quickly cut by a refreshing acidity and bitterness. It is an orthodox dry sake, but highly satisfying. Thank you for the treat!

Taste preference 4.7 I have never had a sake with such a strong and delicious flavor before. This is no longer just delicious new rice itself! It is only available in Aomori. It is called Shichiriki because it was planned by seven Aomori liquor stores. This is a fantastic sake that can only be purchased at those seven liquor stores. I had the autumn Shichiriki this time, but would love to try the other seasons!
