Second souvenir from KazKaz. It is a brand name planned and sold by 7 sake stores in Aomori. Rice used is 100% Hanasoui. The top-tasting aroma is a calm ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is slightly sweet with a strong umami flavor. The aftertaste is reminiscent of classical sake, and is quickly cut by a refreshing acidity and bitterness. It is an orthodox dry sake, but highly satisfying. Thank you for the treat!

I got this sake as a souvenir, and you can only buy it in Aomori! I've had it in my refrigerator for almost a year. From the aroma to the aftertaste, it's elegantly sweet and easy to drink... it would be a shame to say it's like water... Maybe the sweetness was enhanced by letting it rest...? It makes me want to visit Aomori myself!

This is a limited edition sake made from Aomori's sake rice, "Hanamori". All of the Hana Omoi sakes are rich in flavor and delicious. This Shichiriki also has a deep and attractive taste, but the aftertaste is clean and quite good. It was a perfect match with the fatty sardine sashimi.

On a business trip. We had what the owner thought was the best brand in Aomori for our last drink. It is said to be a sake brewed on consignment by a sake shop in Aomori City. It has a mellow aroma like a ripe mango. When you take a sip, you will feel a slight sweetness at first and It has a very rich flavor. It is a step before you feel the heaviness. The wave recedes with the sourness. It is sharp, but the balance is not broken. This is delicious. (I don't know if it's the best in Aomori, but...) 4 stars

As the name Sky Blue suggests, it's refreshing and very easy to drink‼️. Shichiriki wasn't registered in Sake no Wa, but it's so delicious that I can't believe it's minor. It's hard to understand why this brand is not known to the world, it's such a gem.

It has a rich sweet taste with a refreshing aftertaste. The aroma is also gorgeous. The mouthfeel is tangy and a little heavy, but you'll forget about the high alcohol content and drink it all the time. Super delicious!

Date of manufacture: December 2020. Freshly Sealed. Slightly sweet aroma. It has a unique and delicious floral and strong alcohol taste. Good with red meat of horse sashimi with garlic and soy sauce! When heated, the alcohol becomes even more intense and less flamboyant, making it a refreshing drink. This is a great sake to drink with meals.
