Rice used is 100% Hanasoui.
The top-tasting aroma is a calm ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is slightly sweet with a strong umami flavor. The aftertaste is reminiscent of classical sake, and is quickly cut by a refreshing acidity and bitterness.
It is an orthodox dry sake, but highly satisfying.

I have never had a sake with such a strong and delicious flavor before. This is no longer just delicious new rice itself!
It is only available in Aomori.
It is called Shichiriki because it was planned by seven Aomori liquor stores.
This is a fantastic sake that can only be purchased at those seven liquor stores.
I had the autumn Shichiriki this time, but would love to try the other seasons!

Nanashiriki was brewed with Nebuta music as the yeast during the moromi brewing process, and the Japanese paper used for the Nebuta actually performed at the festival by Hiroo Takenami, the Nebuta master who created "Nanadotate" (2017), was used for the label.

Nigori, slight effervescence, so you'd expect it to be sweet and sour, but it's surprisingly sweet and refreshing! On the second day, it was a little sweeter, but still not as sweet as one would expect from Kaze no Mori or Clammbon, and it was refreshing! Good for summer.
