This is one of those products that is surprising when you open it and refreshing when you drink it!
I just opened the bottle standing it up, but the bubbles were coming up.
I thought it might be strongly carbonated, but when I drank it, I found that the bubbles only slightly popped at the top while tasting the rice, which gave the sake a refreshing feeling!
1.8L, 3,850 yen, 16-17% alcohol by volume, 100% Aomori Prefecture Hwasoi rice, 55% polished rice ratio, Sake degree +5, Acidity 1.6. It is easy to drink, although a little sourness can be felt. Last summer was really hot and it seemed to sell like hotcakes 🤔It's perfect for summer sake. 👍️With this, I've completely conquered all the varieties of Shichiriki, so I'll see what I can post about the next Aomori sake 😎‼️
Hearing that this brand is only available at certain sake stores in Aomori, I purchased it as a commemorative gift. It is a junmai ginjo made from 100% Aomori rice, Hanamagoi. I thought it was a sake that everyone could enjoy, with its delicious rice flavor and subtle sweetness.
1.8L, 3,600 yen, 16-17% alcohol by volume, 100% Aomori Prefecture Hwasoui rice, 55% milled rice ratio, -1 sake degree, 1.4 acidity, arrived last week on the 16th and was purchased at one of the seven stores in Aomori City on the 17th. It has a slightly dry taste, but not so much that it bothers me, and it is easy to drink and the umami flavor spreads. Incidentally, Shichiriki and Toyohai are very stable, but other sake brands in Aomori prefecture are too bland 🤔.
