1.8L, 3,850 yen, 16-17% alcohol by volume, 100% Aomori Prefecture Hwasoi rice, 55% polished rice ratio, Sake degree +5, Acidity 1.6. It is easy to drink, although a little sourness can be felt. Last summer was really hot and it seemed to sell like hotcakes 🤔It's perfect for summer sake. 👍️With this, I've completely conquered all the varieties of Shichiriki, so I'll see what I can post about the next Aomori sake 😎‼️
Hearing that this brand is only available at certain sake stores in Aomori, I purchased it as a commemorative gift. It is a junmai ginjo made from 100% Aomori rice, Hanamagoi. I thought it was a sake that everyone could enjoy, with its delicious rice flavor and subtle sweetness.
1.8L, 3,600 yen, 16-17% alcohol by volume, 100% Aomori Prefecture Hwasoui rice, 55% milled rice ratio, -1 sake degree, 1.4 acidity, arrived last week on the 16th and was purchased at one of the seven stores in Aomori City on the 17th. It has a slightly dry taste, but not so much that it bothers me, and it is easy to drink and the umami flavor spreads. Incidentally, Shichiriki and Toyohai are very stable, but other sake brands in Aomori prefecture are too bland 🤔.
Alcohol content: 15-16%, raw material rice: 100% Hwasoi from Aomori prefecture, rice polishing ratio: 55%, sake degree: -1, acidity: 1.6, purchased together with Sky Blue. I was lucky enough to have some left. ✌️ It is weakly carbonated and the acidity is not so great, and the flavor of the rice spreads out as it finishes. It's also delicious. 👍️The rest of the Shichiriki series is running low. ‼️
1.8L 3400yen, 16-17% alcohol by volume, 100% Aomori grown Hanamoi rice, 55% rice polishing ratio, -1% sake, 1.5 acidity, limited magnum bottle usually sold in February every year, but this year ‼️ purchased it yesterday at one of the 7 official distributors in Aomori city because it arrived early the year before last. I bought it yesterday at one of the seven authorized dealers in Aomori City. It is also for spring in the magnum bottle series. It has no peculiarity at all and is so clean that it is like drinking water.
1.8L 4000 yen, 15-16% alcohol by volume, 100% Aomori grown Hanasoui rice, 55% milled rice, -1% sake, 1.5 acidity, purchased 3 days ago at one of the 7 authorized distributors in Aomori city. It is refreshing and easy to drink without any peculiarities. 👍️
The moment it enters the mouth, the strength of the rice comes in, but the aftertaste is clean and does not linger. Sake spirit lingers in the throat at the end.
3.5 for my taste.
1.5L 3,400 yen Alcohol 16-17% Raw material rice 100% Aomori Prefecture Hana Moui Polishing ratio 55% Sake degree -1 Acidity 1.6 Magnum bottle winter ver. sold in limited quantities every November, which was miraculously left during September. It is refreshing, but it is easier to drink than sweet, although there is a slight dryness to it.
