This sake was bought by his father from a mail order company.
The label says "KAN-SHIBORO" in big letters, which means the brand name is the way it is made. Easy-to-understand titles such as "Daiginjo" and "Shiboritate" seem to be popular among the elderly.
I opened the bottle and took the first sip, thinking that this sake tasted like nothing I had ever tasted before.
Well, this is quite good. It is not a trendy sake, but it is a solid sake with a good amount of ginjo aroma. I wondered where the sake was made, but it was from the brewery that produces Diachiku in Nagano Prefecture.
The brewer's alcohol is also in good condition. This is an example of sake with alcohol.
And the price is very reasonable.
The simple taste was well received by the elderly, and my father was pleased that it was easy to drink. It was easy to drink and my father was happy with it.

I was looking for a property today, but there was a sake store nearby, so I bought some on the way home!
I didn't buy it this time, but it was a good sake store that also had Kuroryu and Hakusan ✨.
When I opened the bottle, it had a mild sweet aroma like banana. The palate is clean and tangy, light and dry, but as you taste it, the sweetness and a little bitterness come out and it tastes like vanilla or caramel pudding!
It is a delicious and crisp taste.
I have a feeling that I will go back if I can successfully sign a contract for a property. I wonder if I can go to Koyama Shoten from Yamanashi sometimes... and imagine the lifestyle I will have 🍶.

Nice to meet you, Mr. Diaigiku from Toda Sake Brewery in Nagano, Japan. Sorry, I did not even know their name. What can I say, it has a unique retro appearance. It is full of Showa-era atmosphere. That's what I'm interested in!
The aroma is a pleasant, dusty sweetness, like breadcrumbs. It is a calming aroma.
In the mouth, the soft, gentle sweetness and the alcohol without any curdle are soothing. It feels nostalgic. It's like coming to your grandma's house during summer vacation. It's not particularly exciting in the countryside, but it's exciting, gentle, and calming.
When warmed by hand, the flavor and alcohol taste opens up a bit and it is mild. It is more suitable at room temperature than cold sake. It would also be good lukewarm.
It was delicious!
I liken it to the scene in Ghibli's "My Neighbor Totoro" where Kanta's grandmother and I are eating freshly picked vegetables together. Gentle time passes.
